Contracting Officer’s Representative Training Series
The Federal Acquisition Certification for Contracting Officer’s Representatives (FAC-COR) program is designed for federal acquisition professionals who perform contract management activities and functions.
Because FAC-COR certification is managed and awarded at the agency level, each agency’s designated Acquisition Career Manager (ACM) is responsible for overseeing the certification requirements of its acquisition workforce and tailoring training to the agency’s specific mission requirements.
The FAC-COR program comprises three levels of certification to ensure CORs are adequately trained and experienced in managing a wide range of contracts, from low-risk and straightforward to high-risk and complex acquisitions.
